Adaptive Computing Gets $14M

Adaptive Computing
, a developer of cloud computing management software, said today that it has raised $14M in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Intel Capital, and also included Tudor Ventures and EPIC Ventures. Adaptive Computing develops software used by data center owners to manage their computing resources. The firm was founded in 2001, and formerly known as Cluster Resources.
