Solera Names Levy As CTO
Lindon, Utah-based Solera Networks, which develops network traffic capture appliances, announced Wednesday that it has hired Joe Levy as its CTO. Levy joins the company from venture capital firm Canopy Ventures, where he was technologist-in-residence. Levy previously served as CTO of SonicWALL, and also was at at OneNet. Solera Networks is backed by Canopy Ventures. Solera's appliances are used to capture network traffic information, for analysis, forensics, and search applications.
