AVO Group Merges With Interactive Agency
Denver-based AVO Group, a digital marketing and communications firm, said last week that it has merged with California-based The1stMovement, a provider of multimedia advertising. Financial terms were not disclosed. The firms said that the merger will provide more enhanced technological capabilities for clients, deepen account management and leadership, and offer an additional office location in Denver. The1stMovement counts Adobe, E! Online, G4, Gulfstream, Qwest, and others as customers.
