Interactive Intelligence said Monday that it has opened up a regional office in Denver, at the Denver Technology Center. The firm, which develops business communications services, said the new office will better support its customers who are migrating to voice over IP. Interactive Intelligence, which is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, said that it has a dozen area businesses which use its applications, including Copper Mountain Resorts, Media News Group, Rocky Mountain Clothing, and other local firms. Interactive Intelligence develops software telephony applications for mid-size and large contact centers and companies.
