Overstock.com Loses Director, President, COO Lindsey
Online retailer Overstock.com Inc. reported Wednesday that Jason Lindsey has resigned as president, chief operating officer and from the company's board of directors. Lindsey had served as a board member since October 2005 and as president and COO since April 2006. His departure, Overstock.com noted, became effective Monday. Patrick Byrne, Overstock’s chairman and chief executive officer, credited Lindsey with co-founding the Salt Lake City, Utah-based company.
