Overstock Adds New Board Member

Salt Lake City-based Overstock.com said Thursday evening that it has re-elected Allison H. Abraham and Samuel A. Mitchell to its board, and added Stormy D. Simon as a director. Abraham has been on the board since 2002 and Mitchell has been on the board since last year. Simon is Overstock Senior Vice President of Customer Care, Branding, and Partner Care.
