Consonus Names COO
Consonus Technologies Inc., a designer and operator of data centers, revealed Monday that it has hired John Roger as its executive vice president and chief operating officer. As COO, Roger will oversee CTI’s solutions and services businesses, the company said, including infrastructure hosting, business development, service management and customer support and training. Prior to joining CTI, Roger served as the chief operating officer of VilCom LLC, a privately held media company based in Chapel Hill, N.C. Roger also spent 21 years at General Electric. Headquartered in Cary, N.C., Consonus Technologies Inc. is the product of the January merger between Consonus of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Cary's Strategic Technologies Inc.
