Consonus Launches Remote Backup Service
Salt Lake City, Utah-based Consonus Technologies said Thursday afternoon that it has launched a new, remote backup service offering. The firm's subsidiaries, Consonus and Strategic Technologies, said that the managed service offering will provide fully automated online backup. The new remote backup service, iBackup Remote, is targeted at automated backup of file servers and application and database services. Pricing for the new managed backup service were not announced.
