Denver, Colorado-based First Data Corp. said today that it has acquired the assets of Datawire Communications Networks, a provider of Internet-based transaction delivery. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Datawire is a provider of financial transaction networks based on the Internet. Separately, First Data said Tuesday it has also acquired Intelligent Results, a venture-backed provider of data analytics software based in Bellevue, Washington. First Data is a provider of ecommerce and payment services for merchants.
