Avanquest Taps Into Chinese Phone Manufacturer
Denver, Colorado-based Avanquest has signed on a Chinese manufacturer of GSM and CDMA phones, T&A Mobile Phones International Ltd. Avanquest said that T&A will license its mobile synchronization tools for use with the firm's cellular phones. Avanquest will provide its Mobile PhoneTools, PC-cellular synchronization software for T&A. The software will be bundled with a USB cable for T&A's devices. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Avanquests's software synchronizes Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Exchange, and Lotus Notes with mobile phones.
