Webroot Adds Former Symantec CFO To Board
Boulder, Colorado-based Webroot Software has added a new member to its board of directors, announcing this morning that it has appointed Greg Myers, former CFO of Symantec, as a director. Myers will also chair the firm's audit committee. Myers was most recently VP of Finance and CFO at Symantec, and has also served on the board of directors of Maxtor and Inktomi. Webroot is a publisher of anti-spyware software, and is backed by Technology Crossover Ventures, Accel Partners and Mayfield.
