Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies has signed San Diego-based storage provider Iomega as a customer, the firm said today. Iomega is using RightNow's customer support tools to provide its customers with service and support, and will use RightNow's web-based products to deliver customer databases, return merchandise authorization (RMA) system, product database, product catalog, warranty management application, and credit card authorization systems to its facilities and partners around the world. RightNow also said that Iomega implemented and integrated RightNow's systems using RightNow's professional services arm. RightNow provides customer relationship management (CRM) software delivered via a web-based, hosted service. Iomega is a provider of removable and other storage products.
