Broomfield, Colorado-based McData reported its fourth quarter and yearly results for 2005 yesterday, saying that it earned $5.3M on revenues of $181.8M for the fourth quarter of 2005. For the year, the company the companies reported revenues of $614.4M. The company said that its record revenue contributions came from IBM and Hitachi Data Systems, and attributed the results to the McData-CNT combination. The company also said that it had strong customer adoption in the Asia Pacific region.
