Healthcare Providers Combine Services Organizations
Salt Lake City, Utah-based Medicity, a provider of healthcare systems for the health industry, said today that the firm has acquired Park City Solution's iServices division. The firm said that the combined organizations will operate under the name Medicity and continue to offer integration of web-based portal solutions for hospitals, payors, and large physician groups. Medicity provides portals, web-based electronic health records, and web-based distribution of data for the health care industry.
