Equation Acquired By MedAssets-Precyse For Healthcare Analytics
Salt Lake City-based Equation, a developer of clinical healthcare analytics software and consulting services, has been acquired by MedAssets-Precyse, according to the two companies on Wednesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced.The two said the acquisition will help it provide an end-to-end business intelligence and analytics solution for healthcare organizations. Equation says its tools give healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician practices insights into their operations.
