Datalogix Acquired By Oracle

Westminster, Colorado-based Datalogix has been acquired by Oracle, Oracle said this morning, to help extend its digital marketing product line. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Datalogix is led by Eric Roza, and offers up data which connect offline purchases by consumers and relates that to cross channel, digital marketing. DataLogix was venture backed by Breyer Capital, Costanoa Venture Capital, General Catalyst Partners, Institutional Venture Partners, Sequel Venture Partners, and Wellington Capital Management, and was once known as NextAction.
