Techstars Boosts Global Investment Team

Boulder-based startup accelerator operator, and investor, Techstars is boosting its investment team in Europe, saying today that it has added Declan Kelly as Head of Investor Platforms, EMEA. According to Techstars, the addition of Kelly will help it expand its global investor ecosystem, with a focus on Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Techstars says it invests in nearly 110 startups in the EMEA annually. Kelly was previously Head of Investors at the tech conference, Web Summit, and is a founding member and investor at Amaranthine, a long-term focused technology investment fund backed by Web Summit and its alumni community of top technology entrepreneurs.
