Connect Financial Software Solutions Buys Banking Software Business

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Connect Financial Software Solutions, a developer of enterprise digital banking services, has acquired the banking software unit of Wescom Resources Group (WRG), the two said this week. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Anaheim, California-based Wescom Resources Group (WRG), which is a unit of credit unit Wescom Credit Union, said it is selling its Symmetry eBanking digital banking software suit to Connect Financial, with Connect also acquiring its offices in Tampa, Florida, plus more than 30 employees and 46 clients.
