WebPT Buys BMS Practice Solutions

Phoenix-based software developer WebPT, which develops software used for managing rehab and physical therapy, has acquired BMS Practice Solutions, a provider of billing and collections services for the rehab therapy market. Financial details of the buy were not announced. BMS Practice Solutions was based in Upland, California. According to WebPT, the addition of BMS will help it provide a comprehensive end-to-end clinical and business solution to the outpatient rehab therapy market.
