Montana's CUC Software Acquired By ServiceTitan

Billings, Montana-based CUC Software, a developer of business software products aimed at the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry, has been acquired by ServiceTitan, which provides software to manage home services businesses. Financial details of the buy were not announced. The two said that ServiceTitan will be transitioning CUC Software's customers over to its products, but will support CUC Software's current product line until April 1, 2020. CUC Software was developed by Jack Vannoy and Carolyn Slayden in 1981, and mostly has customers in Canada.
