Everspin Expands Board

Chandler, Arizona-based semiconductor developer Everspin Technologies said late last week that it has named Geoff Ribar to its board of directors. Ribar was most recently a senior advisor at Cadence Design Systems, where he had been until he retired in March of this year. He was previously CFO and SVP of Cadence Design Systems, and also had served at Telegent Systems, SiRF Technology, Matrix Semiconductor and NVIDIA, plus AMD. He also sits on the boards of Aquantia Corp and MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings. Everspin is a developer of Magnetoresistive RAM (MRAM).
