Everspin Expands Board

Chandler, Arizona-based Everspin Technologies, which develops non-volatile RAM memory technology, has expanded its board with two appointments, the company said this morning. Everspin said it has added Kevin Conley, former CTO of SanDisk, and Mike Gustafson, former Chairman and CEO of Virident Systems, to its board. Conely had been at SanDisk until June of 2016. Gustafson also has served at BlueArc, McData, and IBM. Current board member In a related move, the company said Bob England is retiring from the company's board in May; England had been on the board sine 2009.
