CSG Buys Forte Payment Systems

Greenwood Village, Colorado-based CSG said this week that it has acquired Forte Payment Systems, a provider of credit card and payment services to businesses. Financial details of the deal were not announced. CSG said the buy will specifically help it bolster its "public cloud" offerings. CSG says it will provide more details on the impact of the acquisition in its third quarter earnings call.
