Lunewave Lands $5M

Tucson, Arizona-based Lunewave, which develops radar-based sensing systems for autonomous vehicles, has raised $5M in a seed funding. The funding was led by McCombs Fraser, and also included BMW i Ventures and Baidu Ventures. Mark Norman of McCombs Fraser will join Lunewave's board with the funding round. Lunewave is a spinout of the University of Arizona.
