Control4 Debuts New Smartphone App

Salt Lake City-based Control4, which develops smart home products, has rolled out a new smartphone that lets users communicate with visitors at their front door. According to Control4, its new Control4 Intercom Anywhere product lets users receive video intercom calls from its Control4 Door Station, which they can answer from both an iOS and Android app. Control4 said the new feature requires its latest Control4 OS, and that the user also have an active 4Sight subscription.
