SSP Innovations Acquires TC Technology

Denver-based IT services and software provider SSP Innovations said late Friday that it has acquired TC Technology, a California-based IT services and software company focused on the utility market. Financial details of the buy were not announced. SSP Innovation--which is owned by private equity investor Warren Equity Partners--said the acquisition is its third since it was acquired by Warren Equity Partners. TC Technology provides mobile software that delivers geospatial information for field staff to utilities and municipalities, handling such areas as support service orders, work orders and system inspection, plus maintenance and compliance activities.
