SSP Innovations Acquired By Warren Equity Partners

Centennial, Colorado-based SSP Innovations, a provider of geographical information systems (GIS) consulting services, has been acquired by private equity investor Warren Equity Partners. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. As part of the acquisition, SSP will add Skye Perry, Scott Bruckmann and Steven Wacaster to SSP's board as part of the acquisition. SSP provides implementation, customization and integration services plus proprietary software to the GIS market.
