Chowbotics Finds New Funding From Foundry Group, Techstars

Chowbotics, a startup developing food service robots, has raised $11M more in a Series A-1 funding, led by the Foundry Group and Techstars. Chowbotics is best known for its salad tossing robot, "Sally". Chowbotics disclosed the investment on Wednesday. Chowbotics is led by Deepak Sekar, and is based in San Jose, California. The company's prior investors also included Galvanize and the Geekdom Fund. More information »
