Foundry Backs TechStars' Grad Kato

Kato, a developer of real-time, group and team messaging apps aimed at the enterprise, has scored a round of funding, according to Boulder based venture investor Foundry Group. Financial details of the investment were not announced. Foundry Group led the investment in the startup. Kato had been incubated as part of the TechStars Boulder accelerator, and was founded by Andrei Soroker and Peter Hizalev. Kato is based in Oakland, California. More information »
