Optiv Security Names COO, CFO

Denver-based security solutions integrator Optiv Security has boosted the company's executive team, saying on Tuesday that it has named both a new Chief Services and Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The company said it named Chad Holmes as Chief Services and Operations Officer and Nate Brady as Chief Financial Officer. Homes was most recently managing partner/principal and chief strategy, technology and innovation officer for the cyber security practice of Ernst & Young LLP (EY), and also served at FireEye/Mandiant, McAfee, Check Point, and Intel. Brady was most recently serving as Optiv's Chief Accouning Officer, and also previously worked at ERnst & Young LLP, among with a number of other positions.
