Optiv Security Buys Decision Lab

Denver-based Optiv Security has made another acquisition, saying on Thursday that it has acquired Decision Lab, a provider of big ata, automation, and orchestration services. Financail terms of the buy were not disclosed. Optiv said the buy will help it augment its advanced security analytics and big data solutions and services. Optiv was advised by Holland & Hart LLP in the deal. Decision Lab had offices in both Columbia, Maryland, as well as Lyons, Colorado, but had a distributed workforce. Decision Lab was led by CEO Nathan Necaise.
