OfferPad, Backed By $150M In New Funding, Swizzles Brand Identity
Phoenix-based direct home purchase service OfferPad--which lets homeowners instantly get an offer on their homes, bypassing the usual long process of preparing and offering up a home for sale--said it has launched a new brand identity. The upgrade comes less than a month after the company said it raised another $150M in equity and debt for the company. Offerpad said the update includes a new logo, website, and "customer experience". OfferPad currently offers up its home buying service in Atlanta, Charlotte, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Tampa. The company said in May that it has raised $410 million in equity and debt over the last 16 months to power its service.
