Domo Meets With Investment Bankers, Heads Towards IPO Filing

American Fork, Utah-based Domo, the software unicorn led by serial entrepreneur Josh James, is headed towards an IPO, and has just met wit investment bankers to assist with its IPO filing, according to a report. The report, from Recode, says that Domo is set to file a confidential IPO with the SEC. Domo is one of Utah's big unicorns, having most recently been valued at over $2 billion.
