WebPT Acquires WebOutcomes

Phoenix-based electronic medical records software developer WebPT announced this morning that it has acquired WebOutcomes, a developer of software used by physical and occupational therapists for patient outcome tracking. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. WebPT said that WebOutcomes' software helps physical and occupational therapists to demonstrate their clinical performance to insurance carriers and referral sources. WebPT is venture backed by Battery Ventures and Canal Partners.
