Mountaingate's HS2 Solutions Acquires LunaMetrics

HS2 Solutions, a digital marketing firm owned by Denver-based private equity investor Mountaingate Capital, has acquired marketing analytics consultancy LunaMetrics, the companies said this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. LunaMetrics provides digital and web analytics software for such customers as BJ's Wholesale Club, CareerBuilder, Caterpillar, GNC, Leading Hotels of the World, PBS, and Teach for America. HS2 is based in Chicago. MountainGate acquired HS2 Solutions in November of 2016.
