Optiv Security Acquires Comm Solutions

Denver-based Optiv Security, a provider of cyber security solutions and services, has acquired Comm Solutions, a provider of enterprise security and network technology, services, and solutions. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Comm Solutions primarily serves Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and New York. According to Optiv, Comm Solutions will operate as a standalone company until integration in the second half of 2017. Optiv said it was advised by Holland & Hart LLP in the deal; Comm Solutions was advised by Hamburg, Rubin, Mullen, Maxwell & Lupin, along with Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors.
