TravelPass Acquires Jauntaroo

Lehi, Utah-based TravelPass Group said this week that it has acquired Jauntaroo, a travel discovery and planning site. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. TravelPass said that Jauntaroo helps convention and visitor bureaus to share their story and travel destination. TravelPass Group's Executive Chairman is Daniel A. Nelson.
