FullContact Acquires Mattermark

Denver-based FullContact said on Thursday that it has acquired Mattermark, which provides information about companies and their key personnel. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. According to FullContact, the acquisition will add four million companies and over 20 million more contacdts to its platform. FullContact is led by Bart Lorang. Mattermark's former CEO, Danielle Morrill, has become Vice President of Product at FullContact. An earlier report--leaked by a disgruntled employee--says FullContact paid less than $1M for Mattermark, with employees receiving nothing from the transaction.
