Apple's Wozniak Forms New Education Program, Woz U, In Scottsdale

Apple co-founder Steve "Woz" Wozniak has launched a brand new, technology education and training program called Woz U, based out of Scottsdale, Arizona Woz announced his effort to create a "digital institute" to provide education and training for people looking to get into the technology industry, both on-the ground as well as online. Woz U said it plans to launch ground campuses in 30 cities around the country and the world to help people get into the technology workforce. The new company said it will initially focus on training computer support specialists and software developers, with data science, mobile applications and cybersecurity programs coming in the future.
