DigitalGlobe CEO Tarr Plans Exit

Jeffrey R. Tarr, the current President and CEO of Westminster, Colorado-based DigitalGlobe is departing the company, as a result of the company's merger with MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd., the companies said today. The companies--which have merged under a new name, Maxar Technologies--said that Tarr will continue to serve as an adviser to the company until at least January of 2018. DigitalGlobe is a provider of satellite imaging products.
