Customer Dynamics Acquired By Microexcel

Salt Lake City-based Customer Dynamics, a provider of software-as-a-service in the contact center and customer experience market, has been acquired by New Jersey-based a href="http://www.microexcel.com">Microexcel, Microexcel said on Thursday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to Microexcel, the move will help it expand its reach within the growing contact center and business process outsourcing industry segments. Customer Dynamics develops cloud-based software used for the customer experience and agent experience at contact centers. Customer Dynamics had been led by CEO Ryan Redmond.
