Foundry Group Takes Stand Against VC Sexual Harassment

Boulder-based Foundry Group has taken a strong stand against sexual harassment in the industry, posting a zero tolerance policy. The policy comes after widespread reports of unwanted sexual advances by Justin Caldbeck of Binary Capital, a venture capitalist in Silicon Valley. Caldbeck reportedly made sexual advances on nearly a dozen women seeking funding or advice for their companies.
