Ciber Sells Business Unit To Infor

Greenwood Village-based Ciber, which provides information technology (IT) consulting services and outsourcing, has sold off its Infor consulting practice to Infor. Financial terms of the sale were not announced. Ciber has been a partner to Infor since 2012. Ciber said employees of its Infor Practice will join Infor when the transaction closes. Ciber explained that the deal will help it focus on its IT staffing and other efforts. Ciber did not say how many employees are affected by the sale.
