Swiftpage Sells Saleslogix To Infor

Denver-based marketing and CRM software developer Swiftpage has agreed to sell its Salelogix business unit and product line to Infor, as part of an effort to focus on its Act! CRM software, the company said Thursday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Swiftpage said it would sell the entirely of its Saleslogix assets to Infor, a New York-based enterprise software company. Saleslogix is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has approximately 105 employees; neither Infor nor Swiftpage said how those Arizona employees will be affected by the move.
