ThreatWave Acquired By Return Path

Louisville, Colorado-based Threatwave, a developer of email analytics software used for identifying malicious email, sender reputation information, and more, has been acquired by Return Path. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Return Path said it has acquired all data and technology assets, plus Threatwave's talent and book of business. Threatwave becomes ThreatWave, a Return Path company. Threatwave was led by Tom Bartel, who also previously had worked at Return Path.
