Zayo Acquires Neutral Path

Boulder-based Zayo Group Holdings said this morning that it has acquired "substantially all" of the asset of Neutral Path Communications and Near North Partners, a fiber network operator in the Midwest. Zayo said it would pay $31.5M for the companies. Zayo said the deal adds 452 owned, plus additional leased route miles to its network. Neutral Path has a significant presence between Minneapolis to Omaha. Zayo also said that Neutral Path is expected to generate $2.1M in anualized EBITDA for the quarter ended March 31, 2018.
