DigitalGlobe Completes Radiant Group Buy

Westminster, Colorado-based DigitalGlobe said late Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of The Radiant Group. The deal was worth $140M in cash. The Radiant Group had been owned by Aston Capital. The deal had been announced on October 11th. DigitalGlobe was advised by O'Melveny & Myers LLP in the deal; Radiant was advised by DLA Piper.
