Tute Genomics Acquired By PierianDX
Provo, Utah-based Tute Genomics, which was developing personalized medicine and genomics software, has been acquired by PierianDX, a provider of clinical genomic analysis, interpretation, and reporting software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. As part of the funding, PierianDX said that Tute's CEO, Reid Robison, will join its board, and that Tute COO Andy Olson and VP of Product Development Bryce Daines with both relocate to St. Louis, where the company is headquartered. PierianDx said it will continue to maintain a development team in Provo. PierianDX was backed by Eurovesttech, Peak Ventures and angels.
