Peak Ventures Aims To Raise Second Venture Capital Fund

Provo, Utah-based venture capital investor Peak Ventures, one of the region's more active venture investors in the last few years, has launched an effort to raise a new fund, Peak Ventures Fund II. The effort was revealed via a regulatory filing on Wednesday. Size of the new fund was not revealed in that filing. Peak Ventures is managed by Jeff Burningham, Jamie Dunn, Jeff Danley, and Sid Krommenhoek. Peak Ventures's portfolio includes such companies as Degreed, ObservePoint, Lendio, Homie, Owlet Baby Care, Tute Genomics, Zipbooks, and many others.
