RackWare Finds $10M For Enterprise Cloud Management Software

RackWare, a startup devleoping cloud management software which lets enterprises deploy their IT systems across both public and private clouds, has raised $10M in a Series B funding round, the company announced this morning. The startup has its R&D operations in Salt Lake City, but headquarters in Silicon Valley. The round of funding was led by Signal Peak Ventures, and also included Kickstart Seed Fund and Osage Venture Partners. Rackware's customers include Blue Cross Blue Shield of CA, Coca-Cola, IBM SoftLayer, HBO, Crayola and Zebra, and the company is led by CEO Sash Sunkara. More information »
